///111 Ops OS

The operations team

Runs your own work week: tasks from mail and calls, a weekly plan, SOPs and contract drafts.

BetaWorks end to end. Rough edges get fixed as people use it.

How the team works

  1. Find requests and promises in your inbox
  2. Turn each call into decisions and tasks
  3. Plan the week with three priorities
  4. You approve tasks and emails
  5. Write SOPs and contract drafts for work you repeat

Who is on the team

  • operationsLead

Catches tasks from mail and calls, plans your week and writes things down once.

Every task it can do 5

  • inbox-triageFinds mails that need action and are not a task yet.
  • notulenTurns a call into decisions, tasks with an owner and a follow-up email.
  • weekplanningPlans your week from calendar and tasks: deadlines, focus blocks, three priorities.
  • sop-schrijverWrites a step-by-step work instruction from how you explain a task.
  • contracttemplateFills in a contract draft: order confirmation, NDA or data processing checklist.

Also included: intake, brain-voorstel, humanizer, anti-ai-slop.

What it does for you

Work starts in mail and calls, and that is where it gets lost. Ops OS reads your open mail, finds the requests and promises that are not on your task board yet, and proposes them as tasks. After a call it writes the notes: decisions, action points with an owner and a deadline, open questions and a draft follow-up email. If an owner or deadline is unclear, it asks instead of guessing.

On Monday it plans your week from your calendar and task board: fixed meetings, deadlines at risk, focus blocks and no more than three priorities. Work you do often becomes an SOP that someone else can follow. For a new job it fills in a contract draft from your quote and company details.

Clients live in Account OS and projects in Projects OS. Ops OS is your own week.

What you need

  • Claude Code and a paid Claude plan
  • The brain (BX-001), or fill in the brand files with /intake
  • Optional: connections to your mail, calendar and task board (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack) and a meeting recorder such as Fireflies. Without them, paste a transcript and it keeps tasks in a file.

What it never does

It never sends an email, closes or deletes a task, or sends an invite. Tasks go into your board only after you say yes. Contracts are drafts, not legal advice, and it never asks anyone to sign.
