Short version: I only collect your email address, because you ask me to send you something. I don't use tracking cookies. You can leave with one click.

Who processes it for me
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores your email address and sends the emails. Data stays in the EU.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host it sees technical data such as your IP address when you load a page. Vercel is a US company and works under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- ManyChat and Meta process the Instagram messages if you comment a keyword. Their own privacy policies apply to Instagram.
I don't sell your data and I don't share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe. After that I delete your address within 30 days, except a record that you unsubscribed, so I never email you again by mistake.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, you'll be asked first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email [contact email] and I'll answer within 30 days. Not happy with the answer? You can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
AI in the content
The voice-over in my videos is an AI version of my own voice, made with ElevenLabs. Your data is not used to train it.
