What it does for you
Clients rarely leave with a bang. They go quiet. Account OS reads your mail, calendar, task board and CRM and tells you who you have not spoken to in weeks, which questions are still open and which invoices are late. Clients at risk go to the top of the list, each with a next step.
It also does the writing. A new client gets the same checklist and a welcome email. Every week you get a client update in plain language, every month a report with only the numbers that have a source. Client questions get a draft answer from your own FAQ, and the FAQ grows as you answer.
When a project is done, it writes the case: the problem, what you did, the result. Then it drafts the email
that asks the client for permission and a quote. Renewals and requests outside the scope show up as
concrete opportunities, with a draft message. Everything lands as files in output/.

- Claude Code and a paid Claude plan
- The brain (BX-001), or fill in the brand files with
/intake - Optional: connections to your mail, calendar, task board and CRM (Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Slack). Without a task board it works from a file.

What it never does
It never sends an email, closes or deletes a task, or invites anyone. Client names, numbers and quotes are never used without the client’s permission.
