No app to log in to. A team is a folder of plain text instructions that Claude Code reads and runs on your computer.

Questions

What do I need to run it?

Claude Code with a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher), or OpenAI's Codex. Both run on Mac, Windows and Linux. Claude Code also runs in the Claude desktop app. Some teams connect to other tools, like an email provider. Each team page lists exactly what it needs. Install guide.

Does it work with ChatGPT?

Not inside the ChatGPT app. The teams are folders of AI agents and skills made for Claude Code, and they also run in Codex, OpenAI's coding agent. If you use ChatGPT today, the install guide starts at zero.

What is an AI agent here?

A role with its own instructions, like a social media lead or a bookkeeper. It uses skills (recipes for one job), reads your brain and runs the steps on your computer through Claude Code or Codex. A team is a few of these agents working on one job together.

Isn't this a prompt I could write myself?

You could write the first version. A team is the version after many rounds: it reads your business from the brain, follows fixed rules, checks its own work and stops where you have to decide.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can make a folder and copy a line of text, you can install a team. Start with the free starter kit. Its emails walk you through it, one step a day.

Is it a subscription?

Is the voice in the videos real?

No. It's an AI version of my own voice, made with ElevenLabs. The words are mine and I approve every script.
