What you get
One skill for Claude Code and a worked example. It reads your mail through a connector, or emails you paste in. You get three groups: new work with no task yet, emails waiting for a reply, and emails that belong to a task you already have. It adds a task only after you say which ones.
How you run it
- Put the skill folder in your project.
- Open Claude Code in that folder.
- Type
/inbox-triage --days 7, or paste a few emails after/inbox-triage.
What people skip
What you promised. Most people triage what others ask them. The work that slips is what you wrote yourself: “I’ll send it by Friday.” Keep a task list, even a plain tasks.md, so the skill can tell new work from work you already planned.
