What you get
One skill for Claude Code and a worked example. You explain a task the way you’d tell a new colleague, rambling included. It asks up to five questions about what’s missing. Then you get the steps in the order they really happen, a “done when” check and the mistakes people make.
How you run it
- Put the skill folder in your project.
- Open Claude Code in that folder.
- Type
/sop-writerand the task, then explain how you do it.
What people skip
The “done when” line. Without one, a new person gets to the last step and hopes it’s done. Make it something another person can check: “the door is open at 6:50”, not “the studio is ready”. And answer the questions. The skill never adds a step you didn’t mention.
