What you get
One skill for Claude Code and a worked example. Paste a transcript and you get notes with the decisions, a table of who does what by when, and the open questions. You also get a draft follow-up. It stays a draft until you send it.
How you run it
- Put the skill folder in your project.
- Open Claude Code in that folder.
- Type
/meeting-notesand paste the transcript of your last call.
What people skip
The empty cells. If nobody said who does it or by when, the skill leaves the cell empty and adds it to the open questions. In the example nobody ever answers “Who’s making the handout?”. In real life that’s the task that gets dropped. Fill those cells before you send the follow-up.
