The email team

Turns your briefing into campaign emails built from your own blocks, and leaves them as drafts.

BetaWorks end to end. Rough edges get fixed as people use it.

How the team works

  1. Read your briefing: moments, offers, products, markets
  2. Write subject lines and copy for every concept
  3. Build concepts from your block library, with a preview
  4. You approve the concepts
  5. Render the emails per market and language
  6. You approve the emails
  7. Put them as drafts in your email platform

Who is on the team

  • email-leadLead

Plans campaigns and flows, builds the emails and prepares drafts after your approval.

  • email-plan-orchestrator

Reads your briefing, gets the copy written and stops at your first review.

  • email-concept-structurer

Turns the copy into concepts: layout, blocks, images and products.

  • email-build-orchestrator

Builds every approved concept per market and language, then stops at your second review.

Every task it can do 11

  • email-copyWrites subject, preheader and block copy for a whole batch, per language.
  • email-blocksDescribes how an email block works and checks blocks against fixed rules.
  • block-teardownTurns a Figma frame or an old email into a new block for your library.
  • email-renderBuilds email-safe HTML and a preview image from your blocks.
  • esp-pushCreates drafts in your email platform. Sending stays locked.
  • esp-statsCollects campaign, flow and list numbers from your email platform.
  • segment-analyseCompares segments and flows to show who to mail more, less or differently.
  • lijstgezondheidChecks list growth, bounces and spam complaints. Gives a traffic light.
  • ab-test-uitslagTells you if an A/B test winner is real or chance.
  • email-weekrapportWrites the weekly email report: numbers, what worked, three actions.
  • email-lessenTurns lessons that keep coming back into proposals for the brain.

Also included: intake, brain-voorstel, humanizer, anti-ai-slop, visual, animatie.

What it does for you

You fill in a short briefing: the moments and offers for this period, the products, the markets and how many emails you want. /email-plan turns that into concepts. The copy is written for all concepts and languages in one go, and each concept is built from blocks in your own block library, so every email looks like your brand. You see a preview before you decide anything.

You approve, change or kill each concept. /email-resume then renders each approved concept for every market and language. You approve each email, and only then does it land as a draft in your email platform.

When the numbers come in, the team looks at segments, list health and A/B tests, and writes a weekly report with three actions.

What you need

  • Claude Code with a paid Claude plan.
  • The company brain (BX-001), recommended. Without it, /intake fills a brand folder from your website.
  • Python 3.11 or newer.
  • An email platform. Drafts work with Mailchimp now; other platforms need their own connection.
  • Notion for the briefing and the two review boards.
  • Your email design as blocks. You can import them from Figma or an email you sent before.

What it never does

It never sends an email. It only creates drafts, and only for emails you approved. Sending is locked and stays a step you take in your email platform.
