What it does for you
The ads team starts from data. It reads how your ads perform and what works now. Then it takes your monthly briefing and writes hooks and on-image copy in every language you sell in, written natively, not translated. From that it builds a varied set of concepts, each with copy, a brief and a hypothesis you can test.
You approve, change or kill each concept. For each approved concept the team makes images, static ads and video, and every asset gets an automatic check on product, brand rules and copy. You approve the assets. Only after your go does an ad go live on Meta.
After launch, the results are linked back to the concept they came from. The weekly report shows winners, tired ads, budget pacing and missing UTM tags, so the next month starts from what you learned.
What you need
- Claude Code with a paid Claude plan.
- The company brain (BX-001), recommended. Without it,
/intakefills a brand folder from your website. - Python 3.11 or newer. Node 18 or newer and Chrome or Chromium for static ads.
- A Meta Ads account. Google Ads, optional.
- Supabase for the ad data, and Notion for the briefing and the two review boards.
- Keys for an image and video model service, such as fal.ai. Figma and Canva, optional.
The team runs end to end on test data out of the box. Several live connections are still being built.
What it never does
It never publishes on its own. Publishing is locked in the settings and blocked by a hook, and an ad only goes live after you approve the concept, approve the asset and give the go.
