///001 Company Brain

The company brain

One folder that holds what is true about your business. Every AI employee reads from it.

ReadyBuilt, used and documented.

How the team works

  1. Set up your company, brand, owners and sources
  2. Capture documents, emails and meetings as raw notes
  3. Turn raw notes into proposals
  4. The owner approves, changes or rejects
  5. Ask questions and run a weekly check

Who is on the team

  • brain-curatorLead

Sends each request to the right skill and guards the rules of the brain.

  • brain-reader

Gives other employees a short context pack, with sources. Never writes.

What it does for you

The brain is a folder of plain text files about your business: what you sell, who you sell it to, how you sound, what you decided and why. You open it in Claude Code, and if you like, in Obsidian, a free notes app.

You start with /start. Claude asks you about your company, your brand, who owns which topic and which source wins when two disagree. After that, documents, emails and meeting transcripts go in through /capture and /notes. They land as raw notes first. /process turns them into a proposal, and the owner of that topic approves it with /approve. Only then is it saved as true.

Every other team in Founder AI OS reads from this brain. You write your offer, audience and voice down once, and every employee uses the same version. /ask answers questions with the source, the owner and how current the answer is. /check tells you each week what is out of date or contradicts itself.

What you need

  • Claude Code with a paid Claude plan.
  • Obsidian, optional, to read and search the brain yourself.
  • Connections to Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, Slack or a meeting tool, optional. /capture also works with files you paste or drop in.

What it never does

Claude never writes straight into what the brain holds as true. Every change waits in proposals/ until the owner of that topic approves it, and each change is logged.
