What it does for you
GTM OS runs outbound at scale. Where the sales team works on one lead, this team works in waves of hundreds to thousands of verified leads. It starts with the groundwork: your positioning per segment, an offer that is easy to say yes to, a competitor map and a launch plan with volumes based on how many inboxes you have.
Each wave starts with research: the ideal customer, buying signals with a source, complaints people post online, and a sample of 20 to 25 leads. You approve the sample. Then it writes a cold email sequence per group and puts it in your sequencer as a draft, with rendered examples for you to read. After your second approval it fills the drafts with the full lead list.
It also watches the numbers: replies per variant, domain health, A/B test results and which segments really turn into calls. A positive reply goes to your sales team or CRM.
What you need
- Claude Code and a paid Claude plan.
- The brain (BX-001), or the
brand-knowledge/folder that ships with this team. - A sequencer: Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist, with separate sending domains that are warmed up (2 to 4 weeks).
- A lead source (Apollo, Clay or Prospeo) and an email verifier.
- Firecrawl for websites and complaint research. Optional: Apify, and Supabase as a simple CRM.
What it never does
It never sends, launches, resumes or schedules a campaign. It only creates drafts, and you launch each campaign yourself in the sequencer.
