What you get
A folder of plain text files for your business: what you sell, who you sell it to, how you sound and what you can prove. It opens in Claude Code and in Obsidian, a free notes app. Nothing in it is filled in yet. That part is yours.
How you run it
- Open the folder in Claude Code.
- Type
/start. Claude interviews you, one topic at a time. - Your answers land as files in the brain. You check them before anything is saved as true.
What people skip
Without a brain, every skill gets its own little brand file. After a while you have five versions of your voice and none of them is current. One brain, read by everyone, fixes that.
